Requirements

  • Console must have Xenon, Zephyr, Falcon, Jasper or Tonasket motherboard. Unsure? Identify your console first.
  • Console must be clean and free of pests
  • No consoles with failed prior repair attempts
  • Send only the console (no cords). Compatible hard drives can be included for preloads.

Non-qualifying consoles will be returned with the service fee applied, minus return shipping.

Disclaimer (Regarding the RGH3 Option)

RGH3 has been a beta method since its release mainly due to how it behaves on PHAT models. In most cases, consoles boot quickly and work as expected. However, there is a chance you may experience occasional RGH3-related issues such as:

  • Inconsistent boot times
  • Power off during glitching (Before the ring of lights animate)
  • May require SB cooldown before the console boots (Only happened once during rigorous testing)

While these issues aren't too common, if you ever run into a problem in the future, just let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right.

Despite claims that "RGH3 kills consoles", we've never encountered a case where RGH3 was the cause. All issues we've diagnosed were either user error or install error.

If you don't want to experience RGH3-related issues, we highly recommend going with Option 1 where we install SMC+ RGH1.2.
