Expected turnaround time: 3-7 days. We accept only tested and working consoles, except for disc drive issues.

Requirements

  • Console must have Trinity or Corona motherboard. Unsure? Identify your console first.
  • Not supported: Xenons, Zephyrs, Falcons, Jaspers
  • Console must be clean and free of pests
  • No consoles with failed prior repair attempts
  • Send only the console (no cords). Compatible hard drives can be included for preloads.

Non-qualifying consoles will be returned with the service fee applied, minus return shipping.

LED Colors

Fan LEDs: Red, Blue, Green, White, Purple, Orange

Applicable to Fan LEDs, we can also install xLume hardware where a homebrew app controls the colors & LED behavior. This costs an additional $40 on top of the send-in service fee.

Repair Info

Disc Drive repairs are offered only with Options 2 and 3 and cannot be ordered separately. Our repairs can fix:

  • Open Tray Error
  • Unrecognized Disc
  • Stuck Tray
  • Play DVD
